How to Apply
Follow the steps below to successfully complete your application for admission into the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme at Akrokerri College of Education for the 2025/2026 academic year.
Step 1: Make Payment
Applicants should make a payment of GHS 230.00 into the Colleges of Education, Ghana Account at any branch of Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG) Limited nationwide.
Payment can also be made via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) by dialing *924*8#.
Step 2: Receive Login Details
After payment, applicants will receive:
- Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Application Serial Number
- Admission Website: admission.coeportal.edu.gh
Step 3: Complete Online Application
Visit the admission portal and log in using your PIN and Serial Number to complete the application form.
Application Guidelines
- Read all instructions carefully before applying.
- Incomplete forms will not be processed.
- Select your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice of Colleges of Education.
- Select one Ghanaian Language offered by your chosen college.
- Provide a valid mobile number for SMS updates.
Step 4: Submit Documents
Print the completed form and attach:
- One passport-sized photograph
- Copies of your academic results
Send all documents via EMS priority envelope to:
The Principal of your First Choice College
Step 5: Notifications
- Applicants will receive SMS confirmation of application receipt.
- Admission offers will also be communicated via SMS.
- Applications with false documents will be rejected and prosecuted.
